This course is a comprehensive year-long journey into the principles of Daoist wisdom, Qigong cultivation, and the refinement of mind, body, and spirit. Through three progressive stages, participants will explore the deep connections between energy flow, emotional well-being, and spiritual elevation. Each stage builds upon the last, guiding students from fundamental healing practices to advanced internal cultivation, fostering greater vitality, balance, and self-awareness.

Stage 1: The Six Healing Sounds (8 Weeks)

April 6 - May 25, 2025 (Sundays 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST)

This stage introduces the foundational practice of the Six Healing Sounds, a powerful Qigong method used to purify and strengthen the internal organs. By using vibrational sound healing, breathwork, and focused intention, participants will learn to harmonize the body's energy systems, release emotional blockages, and cultivate inner peace. This phase establishes a strong energetic foundation for deeper practices in the following stages.

  • In this week, we explore Yin/Yang and Dao, the fundamental principles that govern balance and transformation in the universe. By delving into these foundational concepts, we deepen our understanding of virtue and energy cultivation. We also introduce key aspects of the Mind and Virtue, which serve as the cornerstone for more advanced Qigong practice.

Stage 2: The 12 Meridian Empowerment (26 Weeks)

This stage focuses on systematically activating and empowering the body's 12 major meridians, which serve as the vital energy highways of the body. Each meridian corresponds to different organs and emotional states, influencing our overall well-being. By working through each meridian pair systematically, participants will deepen their understanding of Qi flow, unlock stored tension, and restore internal harmony. This stage bridges physical vitality with emotional and energetic balance, preparing the body for deeper spiritual cultivation.

  • This week, we lay the foundation for understanding Meridian Flow, Baihui, and the Pearl—key elements in optimizing energy circulation and holistic well-being. The meridian system serves as the body's energetic highway, Baihui (the crown point) acts as a gateway for heavenly Qi, and the Pearl aligns and strengthens our internal connections.

  • Starting in Week 2, we embark on a Systematic Meridian Empowerment journey, dedicating two consecutive weeks to each of the 12 major meridians. The first week focuses on activating key meridian points, while the second week strengthens and empowers the full meridian pathway.

    For Weeks 2-3, we focus on the Lung Meridian, which governs breath, energy intake, and emotional clarity. The Lungs regulate vitality and immunity, helping us process grief, release sadness, and embrace inspiration. Strengthening this meridian enhances our ability to flow with life’s rhythm and maintain emotional resilience.

    Throughout these weeks, we integrate Swimming Dragon Qigong and Song Kong Tong tapping/pressing techniques to harmonize Yin and Yang energy within the practice.

Stage 3: Huo Lu Gong Spirit Cultivation (10 Weeks)

February 8 - April 12, 2026 (Sundays 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM) EST

This final stage of the program transitions from physical and energetic cultivation to spiritual refinement. Huo Lu Gong, or the Fire Cauldron Practice, focuses on consolidating and refining Qi into Shen (spirit), fostering deep inner transformation. By working with Qi Steaming, Dantian refinement, and advanced meditation techniques, practitioners will cultivate heightened awareness, inner clarity, and connection to the Dao. This stage represents the culmination of the journey, integrating all previous practices into a unified, sustained spiritual path.

Week 1 (February 8): General Introduction & Building a Qi Cauldron

This week, we introduce Huo Lu Gong, the ancient Daoist practice of spiritual refinement through Qi cultivation. By building a Qi Cauldron, practitioners create an internal reservoir for gathering and refining energy, essential for deep transformation.

In this final week, we integrate all previous practices into the complete Huo Lu Gong Spirit Cultivation system. This phase refines Qi into pure Shen (spirit), elevating consciousness and deepening spiritual insight.

  • The final integration of Spirit, Virtue, and the Heart’s Journey, deepening our connection to the Dao and refining our Shen (spirit). This phase emphasizes the unification of mind, body, and heart, aligning personal growth with universal harmony. By integrating the lessons from the entire program, we cultivate lasting wisdom, balance, and clarity in our spiritual practice.
